I forskrift 15. august 2003 nr. 1050 om særlige tiltak mot Republikken Zimbabwe gjøres følgende endringer:

§ 8 annet ledd skal lyde:

renter eller andre inntekter på disse kontoene, eller betalinger i henhold til kontrakter, avtaler eller forpliktelser som er inngått eller har oppstått forut for den dato da disse kontoene ble gjenstand for påbud om frysing i henhold til § 7 første ledd,

forutsatt at slike renter, andre inntekter og betalinger fortsatt omfattes av § 7 første ledd.
