I forskrift 9. februar 2007 nr. 149 om sanksjonar mot Iran blir det gjort følgjande endringar:

stridvogner, pansra kjøretøy, grovkalibra artillerisystem, kampfly, kamphelikopter, sjøfartøy konstruert for militære formål, missiler og missilsystem, eller tilknytt materiell, inkludert reservedelar.

Ny § 3 skal lyde:

Det er forbode for norske rettssubjekt og for einkvar som oppheld seg på norsk territorium å yte bunkringstenester, som til dømes forsyning av brennstoff, og yting av andre tenester til iransk eide eller iransk kontraherte eller chartra skip, dersom det er grunn til å anta at dei transporterer varer som er omfatta av forbodet i § 1, med mindre forsyning av ei slik teneste er naudsynt av humanitære grunnar eller for å gjennomføra inspeksjon eller anna pålagd tiltak.

Noverande § 3 og § 4 blir nye § 4 og § 5.
