I forskrift 24. august 2020 nr. 1675 om særlige importbetingelser for næringsmidler og fôrvarer som følge av ulykken ved atomkraftverket i Tsjernobyl gjøres følgende endringer:

EØS-henvisningsfeltet skal lyde:

EØS-avtalen vedlegg I kap. I del 7.1 nr. 13, kap. II nr. 41 og vedlegg II kap. XII nr. 54zzzc (forordning (EU) 2020/1158 og forordning (EU) 2024/256).

§ 2 skal lyde:

EØS-avtalens vedlegg I kap. I del 7.1 nr. 13, kap. II nr. 41 og vedlegg II kap. XII nr. 54zzzc (forordning (EU) 2020/1158, som endret ved forordning (EU) 2024/256) om særlige importbetingelser for næringsmidler og forvarer med opprinnelse i stater utenfor EØS-området etter ulykken ved atomkraftverket i Tsjernobyl gjelder som forskrift med de tilpasninger som følger av vedlegg I og II, protokoll 1 til avtalen og avtalen for øvrig.

Endringen trer i kraft 6. februar 2024.

Nedenfor gjengis til informasjon norsk oversettelse av EØS-avtalen vedlegg I kap. I del 7.1 nr. 13, kap. II nr. 41 og vedlegg II kap. XII nr. 54zzzc (forordning (EU) 2020/1158, som endret ved forordning (EU) 2024/256) med de endringer og tillegg som følger av EØS-tilpasningen av rettsakten i samsvar med vedlegg I og II, protokoll I til EØS-avtalen.

Forordning (EU) 2020/1158 er konsolidert til og med endringer gjennomført ved forordning (EU) 2024/256.

Artikkel 3 annet ledd skal lyde:

* The level applicable to concentrated or dried products shall be calculated on the basis of the reconstituted product as ready for consumption.

3. The official certificate which is not submitted in the Information Management System for Official Controls (IMSOC) by the competent authority of the third country issuing it shall also meet the requirements for model official certificates not submitted in IMSOC laid down in Article 5 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/2235.

4. Competent authorities may issue a replacement official certificate only in accordance with the rules laid down in Article 6 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/2235.
