§ Art II. Application of Convention as regards aircraft objects

The Convention shall apply in relation to aircraft objects as provided by the terms of this Protocol. The Convention and this Protocol shall be known as the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment as applied to aircraft objects. Konvensjonen skal gjelde for luftfartøysgjenstander etter bestemmelsene i denne protokoll. Konvensjonen og denne protokoll skal kalles Konvensjon om internasjonale sikkerhetsretter i mobilt løsøre, slik den anvendes på luftfartøysgjenstander.
