§ Art XXI. Modification of jurisdiction provisions

For the purposes of Article 43 of the Convention and subject to Article 42 of the Convention, a court of a Contracting State also has jurisdiction where the object is a helicopter, or an airframe pertaining to an aircraft, for which that State is the State of registry. Ved anvendelse av artikkel 43 i konvensjonen og med forbehold for artikkel 42 i konvensjonen, skal en domstol i en konvensjonsstat også ha kompetanse når luftfartøysgjenstanden er et helikopter, eller et flyskrog tilhørende et luftfartøy, som er registrert i denne stat.
