§ Art 6. Relationship between the Convention and the Protocol

This Convention and the Protocol shall be read and interpreted together as a single instrument. To the extent of any inconsistency between this Convention and the Protocol, the Protocol shall prevail. Denne konvensjon og protokollen skal leses og fortolkes sammen, som ett enkelt instrument. I den grad det er manglende samsvar mellom denne konvensjon og protokollen, skal protokollen gå foran.
